3. Purpose of the customer register:
We use the personal data we collect to contact people who have submitted a request for a quote or contact us and to maintain customer relationships. We have two different email addresses, which we use as follows:
- We receive requests from our customers to contact us at info@extrasiivous.fi, which we also use for marketing purposes.
- We will respond to any requests for contact at extrasiivous@gmail.com.

We collect and process customer data with the customer's consent.
5. The content of the customer register:
The name of the company or person and, if applicable, their business ID, telephone number, street address, email address and any additional information submitted via the forms, such as any additional information about the property.
6. Data retention period:
We will keep your information for as long as it is relevant to the service we provide. Customer data may also be retained for the purposes of developing customer service.
7. Regular sources of information:
The customer register collects data only from the individual and, in certain cases, from registers held by public authorities to the extent permitted by law.
8. Regular disclosures and transfers of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area:
As a rule, data on individuals is not disclosed outside the company. Some of the third-party software or service providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
9. Customer record protection:
All data is transferred over an SSL encrypted connection and electronic data is protected by a firewall and strong passwords. Access to the data is only granted to those persons employed by the controller who need the data for their work.
10. Automated decision-making:
No automated individual decisions are taken (EU GDPR, Article 22).
11. Rights of the data subject:
The data subject has the right to check what information about him or her has been recorded in the personal data file.
