CLEARANCE CLEANING
Clearance cleaning is needed when normal cleaning is no longer enough.
There are many reasons why a home needs extravagant cleaning. For example, the reasons for eviction are often human, such as financial difficulties, substance abuse or mental health problems. It can also be an elderly person, a person with reduced mobility or a sick person who does not have the resources to keep their home tidy.
Fortunately, the professionals at Extrasi Cleaning come to the rescue and tackle the demanding task with a vengeance. Often, the target of a clearance is also harmful to your health, so it needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
After the clearance, the dwelling is habitable again - assuming that the basic structures of the dwelling have not been damaged - and the next occupant can safely move into the "new home".

I have several years of experience as a self-employed cleaner. I have worked in a wide range of locations, from private homes to businesses, and am used to working in difficult conditions. I use professional equipment and cleaning products for all my work. I am quick to respond to messages and work with care and attention to detail. In addition to Finnish, I speak excellent Swedish and English, and can also manage in German and Spanish.

Price list
The price per employee for house cleaning, removal and clearance cleaning is 65 €/h (incl. VAT 24 %).
The price includes all cleaning costs, such as detergents and the necessary cleaning equipment (except the vacuum cleaner). Travel expenses in the capital region are also included in the total price.
The minimum charge for all work is three hours. The price for regular cleaning is 59 €/h.

3. What does the 100 % satisfaction guarantee mean?
Simply that you must be completely, or 100%, satisfied with the result of the work we have agreed. If you are not, we will clean up the areas in question again, free of charge. Every cleaning job always comes with a 100 % satisfaction guarantee.
4. What detergents do you use?
We only use responsibly produced, professionally used, environmentally conscious detergents and cleaners. We want to promote clean values in our cleaning work and not pollute the environment.
5. What does the -60 % household allowance mean?
For the 2024 tax year, you can benefit from the -60 % household deduction when you buy, for example, cleaning services for your home. The deduction is €3 500 per year, with a deductible of €100 per person per year.
For example, for a cleaning job worth €200, you will only pay €80 - 60 % after the household allowance.

6. Do you bring all the necessary equipment?
We bring all the necessary cleaning equipment, such as detergents, microfibre cloths and mops. The only thing the client needs to prepare is to provide a vacuum cleaner. If necessary, we will bring our own vacuum cleaner.
